The “Profile” section serves as a central hub for viewing essential information related to your PhonePe Business account, including user details, business information, payment options, and bank account details. This page provides a comprehensive overview of your registered profile.

Key Elements & Sections:

• User Profile Header:
  • Displays the User’s Name (e.g., “Test User”) and their assigned Role (e.g., “Admin”).
  • Shows the Merchant Store Name (e.g., “Test Merchant Store”) with an edit icon, indicating that this is editable but only for Admin role.
  • Reset Password Button: A prominent button at the top right, allowing the current user to initiate a password reset for their account.
• User Details Section:
  • Displays the personal contact information associated with the user account.
  • Phone Number: The registered phone number of the user.
  • Email: The registered email address of the user.
  • Note: These details cannot be edited directly. For any changes, you would need to contact PhonePe support at merchant-desk@phonepe.com.
• Payment Options Section:
  • Shows the various payment instruments that your business is enabled to accept from customers.
  • External Account/EGV, Wallet, Credit Card, UPI, Line of Credit: Examples of payment modes that can be accepted.
  • Note: Similar to User Details, changes to these options usually cannot be made directly on this page. You would need to contact PhonePe support.
• Business Details Section:
  • Displays the registered physical address and contact information of your business.
  • Address: The registered business address (e.g., “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, Bengaluru, Karnataka, Pincode – 560001”) with an edit icon.
  • Business Email: The registered email address for your business (e.g., testuser@phonepe.com) with an edit icon.
  • Business Phone Number: The registered phone number for your business (e.g., 98XXXXXX10) with an edit icon.
• Bank Account Details Section:
  • Displays the information about the bank account linked for your settlements.
  • Bank Name: The name of the bank (e.g., “HDFC Bank”).
  • Account Number: Masked bank account number (e.g., ********0000).
  • Account Holder Name: The name of the account holder.
  • Account Type: The type of bank account (e.g., “SAVING”).
  • IFSC Code: The IFSC code of the bank branch.

Note: The presence of edit icons next to the address, business email, and business phone number suggests these might be directly editable by certain roles (e.g., Admin or Manager) on the screen.
