Introduction

PhonePe is integrating UPI Autopay, a new recurring payment feature, directly into the Standard Checkout solution. This feature allows customers to authorize future charges for subscriptions and services just once, providing a frictionless payment experience.

How It Works

Customers can now authorize recurring payments (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or as presented) via UPI. After the initial authorization, all future charges will be debited automatically without the need for repeat customer intervention.
