How to Initiate a Refund
Initiating a refund allows you to easily return funds to a customer for a completed transaction. You can process this directly from your dashboard by accessing the original payment link’s transaction details.
- Click on the completed payment link you wish to refund. A sidebar or pop-up window will appear displaying the link’s details. (Note: You can only refund links that have a “Completed” status).
- Click on View Transaction Details.

- Click the Refund button.

- A pop-up window will appear. Enter the required refund details in the provided fields.
- Click Pay refund to finalize and submit the request.

The refund process is successfully initiated, and the specified amount will be routed back to your customer’s original payment method.
