How to Cancel a Payment Link

Canceling a payment link allows you to instantly cancel an active payment request that you no longer wish to collect. Doing so permanently deactivates the URL, ensuring that customers cannot access the checkout page or complete the transaction.

• Click on the active payment link you wish to cancel. A sidebar or pop-up window will appear displaying the link’s details.
• Click the Cancel.

• A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to verify your action. Click Yes, cancel link.

Your payment link is now successfully canceled and deactivated, meaning customers will no longer be able to use it to make a payment.
